Shipping Locations:
Fine Art Prints: Shipped worldwide.
Canvas Prints and Cushions: Shipped within Australia only.

Processing Time:
Please allow approximately 8 days for order processing, as all items are printed on demand.

Shipping Methods and Carriers:
Orders are shipped using Standard Parcel Service with Australia Post.

Shipping Costs:
Within Australia: Free shipping.
International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times:
Australia: Estimated transit time is 3- 8 days. 
International: Delivery time can be up to 25 days.
Please note that delays can occur due to service disruptions.

Order Tracking:
You will receive the tracking information via email. 
You can also track your order through your account on the website.

Customs and Duties:
International customers are responsible for any customs and import duties.

Shipping Restrictions:
Currently, Canvas Prints and Cushions are not available for international shipping. I am working to find a carrier for oversized parcels and hope to offer this option soon. In the meantime, international customers can contact me for potential shipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items:
Shipping is insured, so any lost, stolen, or damaged items can be replaced.
