GENERAL

How can I purchase your artwork? To purchase my artwork, simply click 'Add to Cart,' on the product page of your choice and follow the steps provided. Alternatively, feel free to email or message me directly or use the CHAT box at the bottom right for assistance.

Do you accept commissioned projects? Yes, I do! Whether it's a portrait of a beloved pet, a loved one, a wild animal or your favourite flower, I am happy to create custom artwork tailored to your vision. Please contact me with your ideas or fill out the form on the Commissions page and we'll bring them to life together.

How do I care for my new soft pastel portrait?

  • Initial Handling: It’s normal for a few particles of soft pastel pigment to come off a new painting. Don’t attempt to rub or brush away these particles as it can damage the surface.
  • Storage: Keep your unframed painting flat in its foam core sandwich until framing.
  • Framing: Use acid-free, archival materials for framing. The backing board and mats should be of museum quality, such as 100% rag board and acid-free foamcore. Avoid cheap mat boards or brown cardboard backings which can stain and yellow the painting over time. Do not spray any fixative or coating on the painting and ensure your framer does not do this either.
  • Handling: Avoid touching the painted surface. Keep the painting flat, supported from underneath, and facing upwards to protect the pastel surface. Choose a framer experienced with fine art pastels.

Can I visit your studio? Currently, I'm working out of my 'walkin wardrobe' studio. I’m excited to invite visitors once my dedicated studio is ready at the beginning of next year. In the meantime, feel free to reach out online for any inquiries or special requests.

How can I stay updated on your new works and exhibitions? To stay updated on my latest works and exhibitions, you can subscribe to my newsletter through the subscription box on my website. I promise not to spam you — I send out newsletters only when there's something truly exciting to share. I'm still honing my craft and paint and experiment a lot, so you’ll hear from me when there’s genuine news.

Do you offer framing services? Currently, I do not offer framing services, but I am considering adding this option in the near future. I’m working on the best way to integrate this service into my offerings, so please stay tuned for updates!

Do you provide a certificate of authenticity with your artwork? Yes, I provide a certificate of authenticity with all original paintings. For art prints, each piece is signed and comes with a thank you card that includes details and the story behind the artwork.

Do the colours on the products look the same as I see them on my screen?

Actual colours may vary. We strive to ensure that our photos accurately reflect the colours of our products. However, due to variations in photographic lighting and monitor settings, the colour you see may not be an exact representation of the true colour of the product.
